Three Chunks (“we”, “us”), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 96943262, address Sirtemastraat 212, 2513 SV 's-Gravenhage, Netherlands, is the data controller for this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.threechunks.com and what we do with it, in line with the Dutch AVG / EU GDPR.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect whatever you enter:

• Name and email address
• Event date and number of guests, if provided
• Package interest and any message you write

We don't use tracking cookies or collect personal data any other way. Our analytics (Vercel Analytics) is cookieless and only reports aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics, it can't identify you.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to plan and deliver your event. This is based on our legitimate interest in running the business and, once we start working together, on performing our agreement with you.

How it's handled

Contact form submissions are sent directly to Three Chunks's email inbox via Resend, an email-delivery service that processes the message on our behalf and does not otherwise use your data. We don't store submissions in a database, sell your data, or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if you book with us, for the duration of our working relationship plus any period required by Dutch tax law (typically up to 7 years for records tied to an invoice). Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within a reasonable time, generally within 2 years.

Your rights

Under the AVG/GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Provide your data in a portable format
